Terms of Service

The rules for using Oneshot, written to be read. Your photos stay yours; AI results still need your judgement.

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Onrois ("we", "us"), 707, Kyros Business Center, Sarathana, Surat, Gujarat, India, covering the Oneshot mobile app, this website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Oneshot

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age at which your local law lets you consent on your own, you may use Oneshot only with permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you. You must also be legally allowed to use the Service where you live.

Your installation and support code

Oneshot does not require a personal profile. Your installation receives a random identifier and support code used to connect edits, credits, premium access, and support. Keep the support code before deleting the app or moving devices; it helps us locate and restore what we can.

Credits, subscriptions, and refunds

  • Some edits consume credits. A subscription may grant premium access and a recurring credit allowance as described before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Apple processes payment and handles refund requests under its policies. We do not receive your complete payment details.
  • If a failed edit consumes credits because of a Service error, contact [email protected] with your support code and we will investigate.
  • Prices and plans may change. Any change applies as disclosed by Apple and subject to the consumer rights where you live.

Your photos stay yours

You retain ownership of the photos you submit and the edits returned to you.

You give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, and process a selected photo—and to send it to the processors named in our Privacy Policy—only to operate the Service, create the requested edit, and deliver it. That licence ends when the file is deleted, within 30 days.

We do not use your photos to train AI models, publish them, or promote Oneshot unless you separately and explicitly agree. You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use Oneshot to create, process, or distribute:

  • Sexual content involving a minor, or intimate imagery of any person without consent.
  • Deceptive impersonation, identity documents, fraud, or content presented as evidence of something that did not happen.
  • Harassment, threats, defamation, hateful content, or material that promotes violence.
  • Content you do not have the legal right to use, or anything else illegal where you or we operate.

You also may not reverse-engineer the Service, resell our presets, automate access, bypass limits, interfere with security, or overload our infrastructure. We may use automated safeguards and may suspend access for violations.

AI results vary

Oneshot uses probabilistic AI systems. The same selfie and preset can produce different results, and an edit can be inaccurate, unwanted, or unsuitable. Review every result before saving, sharing, or relying on it. Do not use an edit as documentary evidence or where an altered image could mislead another person.

Our product and feedback

The Service, Oneshot name and logo, software, preset catalogue, copy, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without payment or obligation.

Changes, suspension, and ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, protect users, comply with law, or operate the business. Where practical and required, we will give notice of material changes. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or threaten the Service or others.

Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular edit result, or that files will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or images. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, email [email protected] so we can try to resolve it.

General terms and contact

If one clause is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Not enforcing a clause once is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting Oneshot.
